Marketing & Administration Co-ordinator

 

Position

We are seeking a highly organised Marketing & Administration Co-ordinator to oversee the Administrative functions of the business.  The ideal candidate will be able to take responsibility for a wide range of functions including liaising with clients, suppliers in Sydney, North, Northwest, South & Southwest.   This is a busy hand on the role for a growing company.

Marketing & Administration Co-ordinator Role:

  • Core administration and marketing functions
  • Maintaining & operating office systems including CRM
  • Preparation of marketing materials, proposals and capability statements for
  • Preparation and monitoring of marketing campaigns
  • Form relationships with key suppliers and vendors
  • accounts operations – be able to read and assess financial statements
  • Liaise with sales agents in relation to campaign marketing, listing details etc
  • Coordinate settlement and scheduled gifts
  • Update website home page and feature properties
  • Prepare monthly newsletters for each agent
  • Create Open For Inspections kits at the start of every campaign
  • Digital marketing and profiling – including Facebook, Instagram, Domain
  • Agent marketing
  • Updating templates, email signatures and ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to
  • Ad hoc administration

Marketing & Administration Co-ordinator Candidate:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • The desire to learn and success
  • Extremely organised!
  • Excellent Word/Outlook & computer skills
  • The ability to work proactively and independently
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Strong administration and communication skills
